My Story

I began a new journey as an antiques dealer in 2010, seeking out vintage porcelaingorgeous prints and antiquarian books at auctions and in markets and second-hand shops. I started selling my precious finds online and at antiques markets – and was able to make a living from it – although I did keep a few thingthat I couldn’t bear to let go!

I have always had an eye for colour and design and I wanted to produce something of my own based on wonderful antique patterns. I began by photographing some of my porcelain and developing a range of tea towels which went down a storm with everyone I showed them to. I then added the botanical and zoological collectionand designed the packaging.

The Wanda Coyne Collection is now growing organically as I develop new products and discover more amazing designsMy tea towels, aprons, tote bags and mugs are now being sold online and in independent gift and antique shops – with tablecloths and oven gloves on the way. Everything is printed and made up in the northwest of England, using a durable 100% cotton, machine-washable fabric.

It is truly fantastic to be able to immortalise beautiful works of art and design that otherwise might have been lost in time.
